Privacy Policy

Our site, like most others, uses cookies and other similar technologies to provide services that best meet your needs, as well as to accumulate statistical information to analyze and improve our services and sites.

This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use this website, which is operated by Indeed Identity, how and why our site uses it, who the data is disclosed to and how we protect your privacy.

Our website administration is obliged to maintain your privacy on the Internet. We pay great attention to securing the data you provided to us. Our privacy policy is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. The purposes for which we collect your personal data are: improvement of our service, communication with visitors of this site, newsletters, user data processing for the purpose of online sales, presenting the information requested by the user, providing services associated with the website’s specialization and for other actions listed below.

Personal data storage and processing

Indeed identity is the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulations.

Data controller. Our site collects some personal data from you, for example when you use our website or contact us via chat. In this case, our site is the data controller for the purposes of European data protection legislation and we take on the obligations and responsibilities of data controllers, particularly described in the General Data Protection Regulation.

Data processor. You may decide to transfer us with your clients’ personal data by using our services. In this case, you are the data controller and we stand out as the data processor for purposes of European data protection legislation and we take on the obligations and responsibilities of a data processor, particularly described in General Data Protection Regulation.

The term “personal data” in this Privacy Policy is the information that relates to you and allows us to identify you, either directly or in combination with other information that our site may hold. We collect and process your personal data only with your willing consent. With your permission, we can collect and process the following data: name, e-mail address, cookie.

The personal data you provide us with is only processed and used in a manner adequate for the purpose for which it was collected. Our site does not combine personal data that was obtained for a variety of purposes.

When you provide the personal data through our website, you consent to our site usage of provided data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and/or any additional agreement between you and us.

Our site may collect and process the following categories of information about you:

Data storage, alteration, and removal

The user, who has provided our site with their personal data, has the right for their alteration and removal, as well as the right to recall the agreement to data processing. Time, during which your personal data will be stored is 24 months. After finishing with the processing of your personal data, the website’s administration will permanently delete it. To access your personal data, you can contact the administration on: support@indeed-id.com. We will be able to pass your data to a third party only with your willing consent. If the data was transferred to a third party, which is not associated with our organization, we cannot perform any changes to that data.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To personalize and improve your customer experience. We may use your personal data in order to tailor our services to your needs and preferences.

    We may also collect information on how you use our website, which pages of our website you visit most, in order to understand what you like. We may use this information to tailor the content and offers that you see on our website and, if you have agreed to receive marketing communications, to send you relevant messages that we think you like.

We will not store your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or collected. We will only retain the personal data that serves a legitimate purpose (e.g. applicable legal regulations may require the retention of data or some data may be necessary for the purposes of billing outstanding amounts).

After 2 years from the moment of the visit of our website, we at its sole discretion delete your personal data or anonymize it.

We will also delete your personal data within 30 calendar days upon receiving your request for data erasure.

In order to improve our services, to provide you with more relevant content and to analyse how visitors use our website, we use cookie files for the correct display of the website’s content and for the convenience of browsing our site. This type of service allows users to interact with third-party live chat platforms directly from the pages of our site, for contacting us. It may collect browsing and usage data in the pages where it is installed, even if the users do not actively use the service. Moreover, live chat conversations may be logged.

Data collected by these services may be provided to other services within those organizations. They can use the data for advertising personalization of their own advertising network. Our website may contain links to other websites which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content of these websites. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the privacy policy of every website that you visit if such a policy exists.

Changes to the privacy policy

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time, without advance notice and any modifications are effective when they are posted on our website.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy including as part of the new European data protection legislation which will start to apply on 25 May 2018 (the “General Data Protection Regulation”).

Feedback and final clauses

You can contact the administration of our site regarding any questions related to the privacy policy on: support@indeed-id.com. If you do not agree with this privacy policy, you cannot use the services of our site. In this case, you should avoid visiting our website.
